Participants will be introduced to their camera's symbols, buttons, and controls while also exploring the basics of the exposure triangle (aperture, shutter speed, and ISO) which is an essential part of understanding basic photography. This course will include a combination of lecture, live demonstration, and hands-on components. Students will receive a detailed packet of notes to ensure success beyond the classroom. However, as this segment of the population continues to grow, mental health professionals recognize the importance of addressing the psychological problems that often accompany the aging process. In this course, we will examine how some of the more common psychological disorders such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and neurocognitive disorders significantly impact the lives of both those struggling with a disorder, as well as their family members and care givers.
