In this class you’ll learn those stitches along with how to cast on and bind off. Students will make two coasters (or washcloths if you want more practice), one in garter stitch and one in stockinette. They will also learn some basic pattern reading. Students will be required to bring one set of size 7 straight knitting needles and one skein of cotton Sugar and Cream ‘dishcloth’ yarn.
