Sprinkler System Fully sprinklered The Plant Operations building was built in 1996 with an addition in 2003 and renovation in 2016. The building is a steel framed, metal panel exterior Butler-style building with vehicle service bays on the lower level and Physical Plant offices on the second floor. The building does not provide sufficient or the most appropriate space for offices and maintenance shops; as more buildings are added to the campus, the need for more maintenance, storage and office space will continue to grow, correspondingly. Due to the extensive needs throughout the building for upgrade and expansion, a new replacement building is recommended.
