Frederick Community College Facilities Master Plan Chapter 1 Overview of the College 1-21 May, 2023 Main Campus Facilities Frederick Community College’s main campus facilities inventory consists of 19 buildings which collectively total 554,727 gross square feet (GSF) and contain approximately 264,000 net assignable square feet (NASF) of space. Although several buildings have undergone renovations over the last 26 years, the various buildings range in age from the eight original campus buildings built in 19702 to the nine-year old Jefferson Hall built in 2012.
