Frederick Community College Facilities Master Plan Chapter 2 Environmental Scan 2-30 May, 2023 There are multiple audiences for this environmental scan both external and internal to Frederick Community College. Accordingly, the consultant team decided an approach for the collection of the data to be more than a data dump, rather the data and its corresponding information had to be both relevant to the institution, inform its operations and respond to the considerations for an approvable facilities master plan by the State of Maryland. In business, a goal of the 80-20 rule is to identify inputs that are potentially the most productive and make them the priority.
