Instruction delivers what you need to know for the Maryland state licensing exam while providing essential business knowledge and a strong foundation for success as a real estate salesperson in Maryland. Designed especially for those preparing to take the Maryland Real Estate Licensing Examination, participants must attend all 60-hours* and receive a 70% or better on the course final exam in order to receive an official certificate necessary to take the state level examination. *The State of Maryland requires at least 60 hours of classroom instruction for students to sit for the Maryland Real Estate Commission Licensing Exam. There are no exceptions to this requirement. As such, participants are required to sign in/out and are expected to be on time for each class. Arriving more than 10 minutes will be considered an absence for the class. Note: This course will meet in person. Topics include the following systems: structural, exterior, interior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating & air conditioning, insulation and ventilation, fireplace and solid burning systems, and kitchen appliances. This course meets the requirements for home inspection pre-licensure for the state of Maryland.* *The State of Maryland requires at least 72 hours of classroom instruction for students to sit for the licensing exam. There is no exception to this requirement.
