Topics include the following systems: structural, exterior, interior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating & air conditioning, insulation and ventilation, fireplace and solid burning systems, and kitchen appliances. This course meets the requirements for home inspection pre-licensure for the state of Maryland.* *The State of Maryland requires at least 72 hours of classroom instruction for students to sit for the licensing exam. There is no exception to this requirement. As such, participants are required to sign in/out and are expected to be on time for each class.
