This course will provide an introduction for individuals interested in this field. Course topics include basic electricity, boiler types and equipment, steam system accessories, burners and fuel train, inspection and maintenance, water treatment, emergency operations, auxiliary equipment, combustion and boiler controls, LOTO and basic arithmetic operations.
