Tech Connect – Network Engineering
The Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) curriculum is a gateway to entry‐level networking
jobs and IT careers. The curriculum consists of 4, 30‐hour courses: Network Fundamentals,
Switching Technologies, Routing Technologies, and Wide Area Network (WAN) Technologies. The
four courses together plus a 12 hour exam preparation course prepare you to take the Cisco CCENT
(Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician) and CCNA Routing and Switching certification exams
and earn the designation CCNA. In this program you will:

services.

Study with an instructor in the classroom and access expert content online anytime.

Practice what you learn on both real equipment and a network configuration simulation
tool.

This curriculum builds the skills you need to get hired and succeed in jobs related to networking
computers, devices and other appliances. Whether you are preparing for your first job or
specializing with more study, CCNA is a great foundation. Career pathways include: network
technician, support engineer, network administrator, network designer, network engineer, and
more. Prerequisites: HS diploma or GED, CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.
