No medications were found effective but they highly recommended movement. This program is designed for active aging and evidence based for cognitive as well as emotional and physical health. Each week we’ll review a new tidbit of information and then apply it in a meaningful way. The mindful movement allows for you to enjoy a slower pace but still challenge yourself for improved strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, body awareness and better function in everyday activities with less pain but also enhanced emotional well-being, resiliency and brain power. The class can be done seated without having to get on the floor. All levels are encouraged and welcome. Bring a towel and some water. Note: Course will meet on campus in an in-person environment.
