and chilled water by the central plant. In addi-
tion, split system air-conditioning units provide
cooling to hub rooms, electrical rooms, and
elevator rooms. An energy recovery ventilator
provides conditioned air to the cafeteria. Make
up air units are provided for the kitchen hood

Building Summary
The Student Center houses the Cougar Grille, dining hall,

lounge, general classrooms, student lounges, receiving/loading
dock, storage areas, large meeting rooms, and offices.
The building is in good condition requiring only sustained
maintenance and minor renovations for user group changes.
