FY20 Conduct community needs assessment in collaboration with local agencies and programs serving young adults with
disabilities.

Work with local agencies to identify top employers of the program’s students. (Fall 2019)
Collaborate with identified-employers to target most in-demand skills (Spring 2020)
FY21 Develop programming aimed at building/enhancing employer-identified skills. (Fall 2020)
Launch new, workforce-focused offerings. (Spring 2021)

FY22 Work with agencies to offer on-site visits to expand workplace-readiness of students. (Fall 2021)
Collaborate with local agencies and businesses to offer internship component of classes. (Spring 2022)
