Goal: To strengthen current and forge new community partnerships to support the educational and workforce
needs of Frederick County and other regional and national partners.

FY20 Analyze enrollment data and trends and compare to demographic data for Frederick County, identify opportunities
and strategies to expand program reach
Develop marketing strategies to reach historically underrepresented students across all areas of enrollment –
academic and non-credit.
Explore additional off campus locations to reduce barriers to participation in CEWD programs.
FY21 Implement programmatic and marketing strategies
Engage in space sharing partnerships for off-campus programs.
FY22-24 Evaluate effectiveness of strategies.
Identify additional opportunities and incorporate them into programming.
