Review the current programming and systems that support the development, retention, and evaluation of full-time faculty

                                                       including underrepresented faculty (in collaboration with Deans, FA, Chairs, FAPP, DEI)
                                                       Create a three-year faculty professional development plan for full-time and adjunct faculty that supports instruction, student
                                                       success, leadership, and innovation
                                                       Enact year three of “The Adjunct Faculty Experience” project

                                                       Establish minimum cultural and technological competencies for AACEWD faculty and staff
                                                       Expand universal design and ALLY training to support ADA compliance in face-to-face and virtual learning environments
                                                       Develop and implement a progressive master teacher series for first-time and seasoned faculty
                                         FY22 – 24  Implement the three-year professional development plan that enhances full-time and adjunct faculty professional growth in new,
                                                       early, mid, and late career stages and includes intentional focus on underrepresented faculty (integrating Instructional Tech, OER,

                                                       and DEI plan)
