Advanced Digital Photography
Take your digital photography to the next level as you go beyond the basics.
Learn more advanced and creative shooting methods as well as innovative
composition techniques. After taking photographs around campus, edit those
images and pick up even more enhancing ways to display your work.
Note:
Students must bring their own digital camera with empty memory
cards, card reader, and batteries to class. Pre-requisite: Digital Photography
TOC507 or similar photography experience.

Junior Photographers Club
Embrace your creativity through the lens of a camera. From photo treasure
hunt races and creating your own camera, to photo booth shenanigans and
exploring trick camerawork, discover the imaginative world of photography.
At the end of the week, put it all together for a delightful photo medley
representing everything you learned.

Photo Maker Lab
Explore the many ways to experiment and create with photography in this
hands-on class. From making cameras to flip books, to transferring printed
images for a game or sculpture, this experience will challenge both your
technical and artistic sides. The possibilities are endless.

Design And Sew Like A Professional
No sewing experience is required in this class, where you will learn how to
safely and confidently operate a sewing machine, and make trendy projects that
look like you have been sewing for years! Learn how to creatively use straight
stitches while you design, and make a one-of-a-kind faux knitted scarf. Try your
hand at a creative project where you will learn an interesting twist on how to
sew on a patch! You will complete all these projects, and perhaps a few more, if
time permits. Have fun, be creative, and learn something new!

Design and Sew: American Girl Doll Creations
Create a one-of-a-kind ensemble and accessories for your American Girl Doll.
Using hand sewing methods, as well as sewing machines, each student will
make a pillow or blanket, plus an outfit for their favorite doll. Previous sewing
experience is helpful, but not necessary.
