 Sub-Priority 3c:  Increase student access and success through curriculum revision, course development and interdisciplinary education in Adult &
 Community Education
 Desired Outcomes:

 1.  Promote existing and identify additional opportunities to support student readiness for credential attainment through the development and
 implementation of test preparation programming.
 2.  Redesign ESL programming to reduce transition/completion time, aligning credit requirements with existing developmental offerings.
 3.  Identify skill gaps and develop programming for students transitioning from Basic ESL to Targeted ESL and GED Preparation programming for

 students not able to successfully transition between programs.
 4.  Develop and implement Bridge course offerings in specific career fields, in addition to adapting general Bridge offering for specific
 demographics, such as WIOA youth.

 5.  Identify course pairings for ESL students that are co-taught by credit faculty and ESL adjuncts.
