 student completion and transition into career training/credit programming (AE Program Administrator, ESL PM)
    Develop and Implement Bridge to Trades programming, evaluate and adapt other Bridge programming as necessary and
 identify additional Bridge programming opportunities to support student transitions to post-secondary education. (Adult

 Transition Specialist)

    Develop and implement COMM101 sections specifically for ESL students that is co-taught by credit faculty and ESL
 adjunct (ESL Program Manager, CHA Chair)
 FY 22   Continue to expand SAT Prep offerings. (Lifelong Learning PM)
    Develop prep alongside of new credit programming (Lifelong Learning PM)

    Collaborate with Marketing to identify under-represented areas of Frederick County and work with FCPL system to
 expand ILR program reach by streaming on-campus classes in FCPL locations (ILR PM)
    Identify opportunities to expand Bridges model participation beyond Adult Education and FCWS WIOA participants.
