Health Manpower Shortage
Programs
The Maryland Higher Education Commission
designates certain Maryland public community
college programs as Health Manpower Shortage
Programs. Students who are Maryland residents may
attend a designated Health Manpower Shortage
Program at any Maryland public community college
in the State at in-county tuition and fees regardless of
their county of residence based upon funding.
Students must self identify each term at the Student
Accounts Office in order to obtain the in-county
tuition rate.

MHEC at any time.
