Strategic Priority 2:  Implement continuous improvement of the curriculum and delivery of academic programs and courses

                                        1.  Develop data-driven mechanisms to assess, develop, modify or eliminate FCC Programs

                                                      Identify a framework/process for determining when new program is justified (CEWD process)
                                                      Establish “cost of curriculum” metric to development, consolidate or eliminate programs

                                                      Initiate needs assessment plan for program growth opportunities with county/state
                                                      Identify at least two public/ private work force training partnerships to cultivate
                                                      Collaborate across AACEWD to review online and hybrid enrollment growth; course development, design, delivery, and
                                                      outcomes; address gaps; ensure quality; establish student learning outcomes goals; and to align instructional systems,

                                                      resources, and capacity with AACEWD programming and priorities.
                                                      Collaborate across AACEWD on the identification and expansion of best teaching practices related to student learning and
                                                      retention
                                                      Identify and support the development of student technological competence needed to engage successfully in learning in
                                                      online and virtual learning environments

                                         FY 21        Explore changes to program review process
                                                      Identify the level of technological competence required in academic programs
                                                      Establish best practices committee related to interacting across differences

                                                      Identify common technological expectations in fields of study
                                                      Explore multiple course level measures to review course effectiveness and improve classroom pedagogy
                                                      Review county/state needs assessment and establish priority list for programming growth
                                                      Secure two new work force partnerships (internship/ apprenticeship / other)
                                                      Identify a list of specific targets for innovative programming to include CEWD noncredit to PLA credit classes, stackable

                                                      credentials, cohort learning, online/ hybrid conversions, OER expansion
                                         FY 22        Identify appropriate courses/placement of technology skills instruction within curriculum
                                                      Initiate planning for at least two new programs based on county/ statewide needs assessment
