Goal: To strengthen current and forge new community partnerships to support the educational and
workforce needs of Frederick County and other regional and national partners.
• Strategic Priority 14: Expand opportunities to provide educational experiences for Frederick
County students.
• Strategic Priority 15: Identify and pursue grant and other alternative funding opportunities
aligned with College priorities.
• Strategic Priority 16: Develop educational programming that satisfies regional, community, and
workforce needs and opportunities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
