• Utilizes TK20 software to collect, analyze, and report data about courses, programs, and student
performance that will measure the effectiveness of the AACEWD team and the implementation
                       of the Master Plan.
This AACEWD Master Plan is a culmination of work and is the first step in moving forward with a
functional plan that is achievable, realistic, and representative of the community. It is not a final version
though, and as the College engages the plan, there will always be places in need of further
development. As a living document, the Master Plan is open to other ideas and revisions as they come
               along.

The Academic Management Council (AMC) is responsible for oversight of the AACEWD Master Plan
using the themes, priorities and objectives established to update this process. The full team will meet at
least once each fall semester and twice during the spring semester. The fall meeting is intended to
identify the status of all goals and objectives, assign specific individuals or groups to address them, and
provide feedback on anything that might hinder completion. The spring meetings will be used to assess
progress from the fall meeting and wrap up the year before the summer break. The Provost and
Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs, Continuing Education, and Workforce Development is
responsible for chairing this meeting and reporting on the success of the AACEWD Master Plan.
Summaries will be documented in the TK20 system.

Finally, I would like to extend a special thanks to the members of the Academic Affairs, Continuing
Education, and Workforce Development team who participated in this initiative, especially members of
2018-19 Strategic Advisory Team: Kim Duncan, Kathy Francis, Erin Peterson, Joyce Ruane, Taylor Smith,
Lauren Standifer, Brenda Steele, and Brian Stipelman.
