Develop faculty advising training and begin implementation of 2019-2020 recommendations

    Research and recommend pathways software
    Expand pathways by adding in recommended course sequences in non-degree ‘majors’, align gen eds across program
 clusters, and develop further resources/processes to encourage students to register for umbrella degrees/AoCs as
 appropriate

    Identify and expand learning center outreach in gateway course
    Increase use of SSA alerts in gateway courses
    Create a retention committee to oversee withdrawal and SSA implementation and use
    Assess impact of ACCE courses on student success

    Implement recommendations regarding the enrollment process
 FY22   Hold ‘data summit’ at start of each academic year to review relevant trends that may inform decision making
    Develop transfer pathways for relevant AAS degrees
    Purchase pathways software

    Conduct a pre-req review/course rotation/modality access audit
    Make initial recommendations based on analysis of withdrawal data
    Develop FYE ACCE course and alternate delivery opportunities (summer bridges, etc), as appropriate
    Expand CLEP opportunities, work with FCPS on more pre-planning opportunities for students, expand scope of credit for
 prior learning where appropriate

 FY 23   Implement pathways software
    Implement new FYE courses, as appropriate
 FY 24   Evaluate the outcomes
