 1.  Create dashboards that inform the decision making of chairs, PMS, Deans, etc.
 2.  Increase college-wide and academic affairs access to data for decision making

 3.  Detail data definitions to ensure common understanding
 4.  Create new data definitions as needed
 5.  Catalog data reports available to academic affairs and CEWD constituents
 6.  Develop KPI’s for general academic affairs and CEWD operations

 FY20-21   Implement use of dashboards
    Create a student withdrawal dashboard
    Catalogue all data definitions within agreed upon framework

    Catalogue all data reports available within agreed upon framework
    Finalize KPIs for academic affairs and CEWD operations and begin tracking the data
 FY21-22   Hold ‘data summit’ at start of each academic year to review relevant trends that may inform decision making
    Determine roles and access for catalogued data reports to determine how to make them readily available to end users

    Develop a platform (i.e. intranet site) to ensure data is readily available to end users
    Work with academic affairs and CEWD decision makers to determine additional future data needs (i.e. dashboards)
    Advance the tracking of KPIs for academic affairs and CEWD operations
