Strategic Priority 9:  Review, replace, develop, and streamline onboarding/orientation protocols, business processes, program specific policies

                                        and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency, security, efficiency, and best practice.

                                        1.  Ensure all team members receive the training and information needed to operate and manage their area of responsibility successfully

                                        2.  Establish a fluid, innovative, onboarding/orientation model
                                        3.  Review annually all AACEWD specific handbooks, perfect forms, and internal business processes
                                        4.  Clarify the organizational structure, procedures, and operations of the AACEWD  team
                                        5.  Continuous improvement processes and data collection to inform decision-making related budget allocation
